Agape Flights is currently seeking qualified applicants for the following ministry positions:

Director of Communications
Status: Full-Time with benefits, exempt
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
This is an in-office position. Salary range: $55 – $70k

The Director of Communications is a key part of Agape’s Executive Leadership team, working to set the tone for
messaging and portray the Core Values of Agape Flights. This role is responsible for managing all communication plan
activities, including website, print and digital communications for the organization. S/he will collaborate with the CEO
and senior leadership to develop communication strategies to broaden reach and deepen impact across all channels of
communication. Responsibilities include serving as the lead for website creation and management, media relations,
layout and production of Agape’s quarterly newsletter, as well as other communications projects in print, email, social

Donor Database Coordinator
Status: Full-time with benefits, exempt
Reports to: Director of Donor Engagement
This is an in-office position. Salary range: $40 – $50k

Responsibilities include maintaining donor records, processing gifts and gift acknowledgements and compiling necessary reports.

Status: Full-time with benefits, exempt.
Reports to: Director of Flight Operations & Maintenance

Salary range is $50,000 – $70,000, commensurate with experience.

Pilot Duties include but are not limited to: Safely operating the ministry’s aircraft. Lifting, loading, and unloading of cargo. Respectful communication with airport workers and authorities, missionary affiliates, and Agape staff. Accurate tracking and reporting of flight cash and cargo. Must be available to participate in every aspect of Agape’s cargo flight operations, including out of country overnight trips as required and extensive flying during times of disaster relief response.

Aircraft Maintenance Duties include but are not limited to: Supports routine maintenance, repairs of aircraft, and scheduled inspections. Prepares diagnostic reports and suggests repair solutions to supervisor. Maintains accurate aircraft records, orders and organizes aircraft parts as required, and promotes safety standards in the hangar and shop environments.
