Please help us direct it quickly and correctly by using the

about Sending Packages to Missionaries
Packages should
be full, to avoid crushing during shipment. Please be kind to
our volunteers' backs! Keep your packages to 40 pounds or
less, if possible.
We can
transport large or unusual shapes. Please call (941-488-0990)
or email
gomissions@agapeflights.com with the details so we make
arrangements.
Seal your boxes
with tape. Do not wrap with paper. Customs officials may
remove the paper during inspection, resulting in lost address
information. Be sure to address the box as shown above and to
include a return address and name. Write on the box a brief
description of the contents, such as: school supplies;
household goods; missionary supplies; clothing; medical
supplies, etc.
Boxes sent to
missionaries in the Dominican Republic whose contents have a
high dollar value or include multiples of the same item that
customs officials might classify as “for resale,” need to
include a letter, on letterhead, in each box that states the
items are for the missionaries to use in their ministry for
the benefit for the people of the Dominican Republic.
We ask that you
to make a donation to help with the cost of delivering your
package. Our suggested donation of $3 a pound will cover the
amount the missionary has agreed to contribute and also help
with Agape's direct flight costs (fuel, oil, landing fees, etc.).
You may tape an envelope addressed to "Agape Flights" on the
OUTSIDE of the box, mail your check or credit card
information (name, number, expiration date and the security
code on the back signature panel) directly to Agape Flights,

Be sure to
include the
missionary name and the number of boxes. If you send a
donation separately from the box(es), please give us enough
information to identify your packages and the missionary to
whom they were sent (sender name and return address on package,
approximate shipping date, missionary name, etc).
