Brief bio:
Ministry has been his life. Allen was born a preacher's kid, saved at an early age, and called to ministry at age fifteen. For thirty-seven years, he has faithfully served Christ in a variety of ministries, primarily as a Senior Pastor in the Midwest. He graduated Atlantic Baptist College, attended Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and graduated from Andersonville Theological Seminary. For the last twenty-five years, he has been closely involved in mission endeavors throughout the Caribbean espeically in Jamaica and Cuba. His passion for serving missionaries is clear and contagious.
Family:
Married to Jennifer Mathewson Speer, with five children: Laura, Robby, Daniel, Micah and David; and one son-in-law: Chris. And grandparents to Cooper.
Hobbies:
Fishing, hunting, jet skiing, knife collecting and golf
